To secure your treatment you’ll be asked to place a £60 non-refundable deposit with us.
Please kindly give us 48 hours notice if you intend to cancel your appointment, to avoid disruption from no-show and short notice cancellations, and to ensure availability for all our clients. You can reschedule, without losing your deposit, if you let us know with more than 48 hours’ notice. The ability to reschedule is limited to one-time only, per appointment.
Unfortunately, last minute cancellations cause untold problems – they play havoc with our schedule, income and being able to keep our appointments on time, running as they should. Therefore cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a lost deposit.
